When I was 12 years old, I stood at the front door of our house, holding my notecards in trembling hands. My mother stood 20 feet away at the kitchen sink, coaching me from across the room. “Stand tall. Speak up. Emphasize that word,” she called out. I practiced again and again—how to move, how to pause, how to project my message to the back of the room.

I won that speech contest. And everything changed.

It was the first hint of what would become a lifelong passion: coaching presenters and designing training to move people.

​

Today, I’m a Presenter Coach and Instructional Designer. I’m one of the rare people who has spent a career on both sides of the learning experience—designing training and delivering it. That dual lens shapes everything I do.

​

I’ve designed hundreds of courses. I know exactly what works, why it works, and how to make it stick. That insight helps me create training that ignites discovery, boosts retention, and moves people to take action.

​

I've trained more groups than I can count—rooms of three and rooms of three thousand—and I’ve seen what resonates and what falls flat. I bring that experience into every training course I design and every client I coach.
